Mourning the Loss of Kellie Scholl
Dear Circle of Friends Community,
We are writing with deep sadness to share that Kellie Scholl and Superintendent, Curt Scholl, were involved in a serious car accident. Curt suffered some injuries but seems to be recovering at the hospital. Tragically, Kellie Scholl passed away as a result of the accident.
This is an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Curt Scholl and his family during this time of profound grief. On behalf of our entire organization, we extend our deepest condolences and surround them with care and compassion.
We ask that our community respect the family’s privacy as they navigate this heartbreaking loss. In the coming days, we will share information about how our community may offer support, should the family welcome it.
Our Circle of Friends community is totally focused on supporting our children, youth and Mentors at this time and we are grateful for the kindness and empathy our community continues to show.
Thank you for holding the family in your thoughts.
With Sympathy and Care,
Circle of Friends Staff and Board
